Enrollment is easy and can be done in just a few minutes!

To begin the enrollment process just follow these easy steps:

Step 1. Print or Download an Enrollment Application here.
Step 2. Determine which type of Advertisement you wish to place. If you need assistance selecting an ad or filling out this form, please Print or Download this handy Advertising Selection Guide and Sample Enrollment Application.

Now you will determine your placement fee.

Step 3. In Section I of the Enrollment Application, mark the advertising format you wish to place on the line provided and write the fee amount in Box 1.A. Note: please select only one type of advertisement. If you wish to place advertisements for more than one business or service please use a new form for each additional placement.
Step 4. In Section II of the Enrollment Application, select one category for your business listing. This will determine the category you will be listed under in the Directory Listings.
If you've selected a Directory Listing in Step 2 skip to Step 8.
Step 5. If you selected an Image Ad or Video Ad, your advertisement will be accessible to park guests directly from one or more of the Direct Placement Listing Areas. Each of the content areas of the Information Station will feature a direct placement listing button for easy access to related business or services.
Use Section III of the Enrollment Application . You may select one Complimentary Listing Area. The fee for each additional Listing Area is $50 ea.
Step 6. Count the total number of Listing Areas less your 1 complementary selection that you marked in Section III and write the number in Box 3.A.
Step 7. Multiply the number in Box 3.A by $50.00 and enter the amount in Box 3.B.
Step 8. Add the amount in Box 1.A and the Amount in Box 3.B to determine your total fee per Advertisement and enter the amount in Box 3.C.
Step 9. Proceed to Section IV .

Now you will select the park, or parks, in which you wish to place your Advertisement. If you need assistance locating a park or parks near you please use the Advertising Selection Guide.

Step 10. From the Parks List in Section IV, select the park or parks in which you wish your Advertisement to appear.
Step 11. Now count the total number of parks selected from the Parks List and enter the number in Box 4.A.
Step 12. Multiply the number in Box 4.A by the amount in Box 3.C and enter the amount in Box 5.A.
Step 13. If you selected more than one park you receive a 10% discount on your advertising rate! If you selected more than one park, multiply the amount in Box 5.A by .10 as shown on the Enrollment Agreement and enter the result in Box 5.B. That's the amount of your discount!
Step 14. Subtract the amount in Box 5.B from the amount in Box 5.A and enter the result in Box 6.A. If you are only interested in 1 park, simply enter the amount from Box 5.A into Box 6.A. This is your Total Annual Fee for your Advertisement in the the Virginia State Parks Interpretive Information System.

Step 15. Select the number of years you wish to enroll. Enter the number of years in Box 6.B.

Receive Special Charter Business recognition on your listing that tells park guests that you supported the development of this project! What better way to tell potential customers that your business supports Virginia's State Parks.

Simply check the boxes for each year you would like to be enrolled in Section VI on the Enrollment Agreement and we will Lock-In your rate and guarantee that it will not increase for that period.

Step 16. Multiply your total number of years in Box 6.B by the amount in Box 6.A. Enter the result in Box 6.C.

RECEIVE 10% DISCOUNT OFF YOUR RATE!

Choose to Lock-In your rate for all four years and agree to pay now and you will receive an extra 10% off of your rate.

Step 17. Multiply the amount in Box 6.C by .10. Enter this result Box 6.D.
Step 18. Subtract the amount in Box 7.A from the amount in Box 6.C. Enter this result in Box 7.B.
Step 19. Use this step to determine the amount of your total investment in the Virginia State Parks Interpretive Information System. If you have chosen to enroll for 4 years, enter the amount from Box 7.B into Box 7.C . Otherwise, enter the amount from Box 6.C into Box 7.C.

To complete the enrollment process, read the Advertising Placement Agreement and then sign and date the Enrollment Application . Mail the Enrollment Application and your check to:
